OEM Process

Step 1: Choose the mold you need
You can contact our sales to get our existing mold, or you need your own mold, can send the design to us.
After confirm the mold, we will send you die cutting.

Step 2: Choose the material you need
Surface: Fiberglass, carbon, 3K carbon
Inner: PP, Aramid

Step 3: Confirm the design and printing method
Send your design to us, we will confirm which printing method we will use. Now have two types:
1. UV printing:The most commonly used method. Quick, easy and low cost, no need platemaking fee. But the accuracy is not particularly high, Suitable for designs that do not require very high accuracy.
2. Water mark: Need make plate, and need to paste by hand. Higher cost and longer time, But the print effect is great.

Step 4: Choose the package method
The default packaging method is to pack a single bubble bag. You can choose to customize your own Neoprene bag or color box.

Step 5: Choose the shipping method
You can choose FOB or DDP, You need to provide a specific address, we can provide you with several detailed logistics solutions. We provide door-to-door service in most countries in Europe and the United States and Canada, including delivery to Amazon warehouses.
